It looked to me like PomClear might be a good detoxifying agent when I was looking for a supplement for a planned fast. It also looked like a good way to try something as it was offered FREE with $4.95 shipping and handling. It was also shown to be endorsed by Dr.Perricone, and Opera. Whoops, Opera isn't there any more, now it is Rachel Ray. Wonder if they know. Lots of "Risk Free" notices and it had a MacAFee Security tag on it.

As far as I could see, there were no risks, and no big long contracts that I should have read over. I was not buying a car.

When I received the package, I got the PomClear, and Hoodia water, and gum, and a packing slip for $44.85. I thought, oh yeah, I have just been had. I was to get the free PomClear, but was expected to order the other stuff too. I had no time to do anything and let it ride. But now I have been charged again and also sent another bottle of PomClear. I never ordered it, there was no information about it when I ordered, and according to the packing slip, if I am dissatisfied, I can send it back unopened, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee, I pay shipping and handling, and I need a "Return Merchandise Authorization" in order to get a refund. Interestingly enough, I can’t get through on the phone number provided.

I stand with all the rest who have this complaint. It has been a nightmare as the $$ I have lost was not easily earned. I will no longer shop online and sorry to say, will discourage others. If we go into a website with the "NO RISK" reassurance and come out fleeced, this is not going to help other businesses either. I think this one should be nipped in the bud.

I ordered POMClear trial (1 month supply) for $4.95 for which I was billed on My AMEX card. On the same bill was a charge from POMClear for $39.95. I have not ordered or received anything from POMClear except the 1 month supply for $4.95. I have tried to reach them numerous times by phone to no avail.

Please remove the $39.95 that was billed to my AMEX card. My order was #1371893

I recieved my free trail several days ago and I had a month waiting on them so In would like if you cancel any charges you have in mind adding to my card I no longer want your 39.95 product so dont even try charging my card

I placed a order with them for Ponclear. I was billed $14.90 which I paid and also cancelled any further orders. When I received my visa bill I found they had billed me $39.95+$44.90, for what I don't know. I want my visa cleared of 2such charges ASAP. If not I will have to take further action. They won't answer their phone by the way.

I ordered a "Free Trial" and was charged for shipping only. 14 days later I was charged for another shipment I did not order or receive. This time it was $39.95. Three weeks later I was charged $44.90 for another shipment I did not order or receive. On November 12 I ordered a "Free Trial" bottle of "AcaiPure and was charged $44.85 and have not received it. I was interested only in trying it for the "FREE' period. I did not realise this was the same company.
I've phoned the company and am put on hold for an unbelievable time. Never to speak to anyone.
How do I resolve this issue ?
