billed for items I DID NOT order
I ordered a one month free trial of POMClear and was only supposed to be charged $4.95 for shipping cost. Instead I was charged for hoodiburst at $9.95 and for hoodiawater at $29.95, making my total $44.85. Your customer service phone number does not lead you to anyone, I sat on the phone for over an hour and a half before hanging up! This seems a lot like a scam to me.

They advertise free sample and charge account over $40.00. Have to wait over 80 min. on hold to get to company.

Free Trial Order
I too ordered the free trial POMClear and the Hoodia Water and the Hoodia Burs Gum which I did not want and was charged $44.95. That is not free to me. And a month later I was sent another bottle of POMClear for another charge of $44.90. I said of nothing about continuing to use this product and wanting more. I was trying it out, hint trial. If this is how this company goes about to make money, I advise you to be careful who you duke into this scam. The word lawsuit is still as strong as ever. Stop stealing from the people who make it possible for you to work.

canceled-another charge on card
I want this charge off my credit card. Discover ending in 6926.
I had already canceled this. I had the trial and did not want another.
I am having surgery so all my extra money is going to that right now. So I expect this a week before the due date which is Dec. 8. I am not paying for something I do not want. If I had wanted another shipment I would not have canc eled so I will never order from you again.

charging without authorization
I ordered a trial bottle of pomclear and ended up with numerous diet aides. I returned all except the trial bottle for $4.95 and my account is contiuously being charged 44.95 - 3 times already...are you pepole kidding? Your phone and email system are insane-you are completely unprofessional and will not see another dime from me-stop sending me stuff...i have already returned stuff i did not order.
