ripoff
My 1.99 shipping for a free trial turned into over 40.00. They do not answer the phone at their 800 number. I emailed them to not take any more money from my account and the took two more times after that. I had to cancel bank card ect. The web site is set up dishonestly and they have no customer service.

WARNING
I too fell into the slick buisness dealings of this company. Other companys do the very same thing too! I have learned a very important lesson, from this experience... "READ THE FINE PRINT"! On the very LAST page... in the TINYEST of print are the words "terms and conditions". You would think that they would be up front with their dealings... NOT TRUE!!! Whenever you see "RISK FREE Trial bottle", it should read... "RISK FREE Trial Bottle... then we will slam dunk your credit card, and then get mad at you when you try to cancel and get your money back!" Whew...
I believe, that if their product is SOOO good, then sending out true FREE SAMPLES for just s/h, should sell themselves! If people didn't care for the product, then that would be that... no fuss. But if a person did like the product, then those people would tell their friends and they would then call the
"company to order the product! ". GOOD LUCK to all!!!

Unexpected billing
I thought I was ordering one trial. I have been billed each month for three months.
I am unable to reach this company by email or phone. I want the billing to stop now!
I want no further contact with this company.

Products not ordered
I order one product. I got three, I will be ruturneing all three priducts and I do not want to pay a restocking charge for products I did not order. I will pay shipping and return shipping and that is all on my credit card.
Please do not sale my name to other companys. I have stopped payment on the 44.85 amount from your Company. Your company is a company that make Internate shopping bad for all other comanys. I will be sending your Company into our Attorney General's office.

billed for items I did not order
1. I placed an order for a free trial, I would pay shipping.
2. The free trial came with 2 items I did not order. Hodiburst Gum and Hoodiawater.
3. They state on the invoice they sent, not the online one I have for $4.95, that they are charging a 15% restocking fee.
4. I've called customer service, sat on hold for 2 hours and they disconnected.
5. They even billed under the wrong name.
My solution so far, is to fight it through the credit card company since I can't get a hold of them. Also cancel my card because they charged an additional item.
I will go head and get this info on as many sites as possible.

charged for unordered mechandise
i ordered a free trial sample of pomclear. i recieved the trial plus gum & water i didn't order. my acct was charged $44.85 on9/5/08. on 9/25/08 my account was deducted another pomclear charge of $39.95 no merchandise was ordered or recieved for this transaction. on 10/10/08 pomclear charged my account again for $44.90 a week later i recieved another bottle of pomclear. i called was told i had to ship it back before 11/09/08 with the authorazation # ta110408 to recieve a refund of this shipment only less 15% restocking fee. no other fees would be due me. accordint to the post office it was recieved 11/06/08. i tried to call them again on11/10/08 was told by recording the wait time was 47 1/2 min. i waited 2hr 15min. no answer. the first call i waited 46 min. i feel they are intentionally not answering the calls. i just want my money back!!! this is a scam.

Trying to get them from sending produce and charging me
Returned the first order and told them to cancel any other orders. I didn't want the product. Sent me another shipment, which I returned and told them to refund my charge account and to stop sending. Two weeks later I received another shipment. Haven't been able to get through on the phone to them.

Can not send e-mail
I have tried several time Monday through Friday to call toll free number 1(888)692-8352 and get a busy signal when ever I call morning, afternoon and late afternoon.I tried to e-mail this company and when the e-mail is to be sent they give a confirmation code to type in and that doesn't work because it tells you the number is old, no matter how many new number it gives you.
I feel this is a deliberate ploy of not being able to contact these people about their inferior product.
