Contact the Arizona Attorney General, I did. There is power in numbers. They lied, sent me stuff I did not order, told me they would only charge me for the shipping and handling over the phone if I just returned the items that i did not order and then they charged me for the bottle of Pomclear anyways. The stuff I sent back, I did not have a tracking number, sent it through the US Post Office and they claim that it must have mysteriously got lost so they can't refund my money. I've never had the US Post office lose anything. Mr. Kevin Smith the manager that I dealt with on the phone when you could final talk to a person after being told 45 min wait times, told me that if I disputed the charge, my credit card company would charge me $200 for their time, etc. They have lied and been deceptive every time I have dealt with them.

I was charged $44 + and again this month charged $39.95 on 10/27/2008.
I cannot reach the company by phone and there appears there is n o web site for them. How do I stop this.?

STOP ALL ORDERS IMMEDIATELY
Please stop all orders, I DO NOT WANT ANY FUTURE ORDERS.
CANCEL MY ACCOUNT, STOP SHIPMENTS. CREDIT THIS LAST ORDER BECAUSE I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. THE ACCOUNT # IS 4024 1151 8447 3726 and please do not send it because I said I didn't receive any. I notified you people last month to cancel. What does it take to make it clear that I DON'T WANT ANYTHING ELSE SHIPPED OR CHARGED TO ME.

I DO NOT INTEND TO PAY FOR THIS ORDER...I have called about a month ago and asked not to anything mailed to me. I understood this was taken care of. I will be calling Bank of America about this bill.
