total scam
This company is a total scam. They say they offer a free trial, but charge you right away up front. Then try and get your money back, forget it, you can email, but they won't reply, try calling and you are on hold for 45 minutes. Stay away from pomclear. Total scam!!!

Unarthorized with drawal
These people took moneys form my account without my knowledge, which over drew my accout. Costing me 30.00 more . You can not reach these people.

I ordered the free trail . I did not expect to be sent anymore with out my consent. I am sending the product back. My bank account had an overdraft because of this which is thirty-nine dollars.I don't want to even
pay the shpping on this order.

I ONLY ORDERED A MONTH TRIAL SUPPLY GOT 2 OTHER ITEMS.I HAVE ALREADY CONTACKED MY CREDIT CARD AND IF THAT DOES NOT WORK I WILL CONTACT SOMEONE ELSE UNLIL I GET MY MONEY BACK.

over charged did not receive product
I ordered this product as a trial offer for s/h of 4.95 and instead was charged 44.85 on 9/2/08 and have never received any product from these people, The way it is set up on their site is that you have to put in your info before you get any info then it turns out you don1t get info anyway, you just get taken. I called the telephone number given but they never answer and instead refer you to a website that has nothing to do with them. I`m very disgusted with this unscrupulous outfit and want my money back, but they have it set up so no one can get hold of them.

awaiting credit on account for return product
I ordered your product over the phone while looking at the ad online, was assured I would only be billed $1.95 for s&h waited over a month for product, then when it came, there were items I did not order and was billed $41.85. I sent it back unopened as requested and sent it return receipt. Why is it taking so long to get a response????

unauthorized charges from this CO.
I placed an order for a "free" trial sample of this product. I received the product and $4.95 was billed to my CC acct. Now, a month later, I have another charge from this company in the amount of $39.95. I have made no other orders nor signed an agreement to continue with this product. I have been unable to reach them via phone. I have e-mail POMclear and contacted my CC CO. This company is a scam.

billing my credit card without my authorization
This company has sent me products and charged them to my credit card without my authorization. I initially was suppose to receive a free sample and they sent additional products they charged me for. Now they are charging me monthly for these ridiculous pomclear capsules. They do not answer their phone. They are a big scam.

credit for return of product
I placed an order on the website after I placed the order I tried to cancel the order prior to receiving the product. I had ordered two items that I did not want. I was told they could not stop the order and I would have to receive the items in the mail before I could return the items.
When I received the items I called for an RMA number. I returned the products and still have not received my credit for the initial return or the full payment that I was charged.
The delivery confirmation number was thrown away by mistake so I cannot prove the items were received but I am sure the items were received. The US Mail system is pretty good with the mail.
