Even tho pondsupply's website makes lofty claims about its customer service and shipping, it means nothing, b/c once you place your order it's in the hands of lg leasing. dial the 800 number on the website and you'll go to lg leasing who can't even access your order with the order number you were assigned. two weeks after i ordered a $75 pond filter with fast, guaranteed service i called, went thru the above confusion and was told it had left the building "yesterday." later that same day the charge appeared on my credit card and now a week later i'm still waiting on my filter. i called back today: same deal; they couldn't find my order. they're going to call me back today. i seriously doubt that, but if they do i imagine they'll revert to their it-left-the-building-yesterday answer. if it arrived at my door 5 minuted from now, i would rate their service as 1 (on a 1 to anything scale). did i mention i wrote 2 unanswered email? their m.o of customer service is to cover their tracks by lying. knowing i can charge back on my amex card is the only thing that keeps from worrying about my money.
