DON'T ever buy a pool cover from Leslie's!!! They told me it would take 5-7 days. Well 28 days later and still nothing! I had to keep in check with them. They never followed up with a call!! Manager told me me he would have if FedEx overnight. Now he tells me it was sent 1-3 days for FedEx delivery. I finally had it! I called them and just asked for a full refund. Should have gone to Wal-mart. Won't buy anymore from Leslie's!!!

So I go in to get my refund. Manager Shane told me since I paid by check I will get a corporate check. So I asked when will I get it. In a few weeks. I told him that the check I paid with has been cashed weeks ago. His response, "What do you want me to do?".

I'm as loyal as they come. Screw me and that loyalty is out the window. I WILL Never shop at Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies in Visalia, CA.
