FAILED TO COMPLETE WORK:
Contracted with this company to build an inground pool on October 13, 2010. Work begain on October 26, 2010 and no work has been done since on or about November 5, 2010. Company has $35, 000.00 of my money and left me with a gunite shell and financial mess. I also received a claim letter from the sub-contractor who did the steel and plumbing, stating they have not been paid by Pools By Jake and demanding payment from me for their services. I hired an attorney who sent Pools By Jake a demand letter, but the company has not respond as of this posting.
Pools By Jake will not return my phone calls, emails or text messages.
Use extreme caution with this company and do your due diligence before choosing a pool contractor. I would not recommend this pool builder under any circumstances.
