Warning Poolsaz.com is a Rip Off.

I placed an ordered from Poolsaz April 3rd 2009, and have received nothing from them. Poolsaz.com charged my credit card and they have recieved my money. When I check there web site for my order, it says, "processing". For two months they are processing my order. BS. I have written them, email them and tried to call them with no response from them. I am thinking this is a slick Web-site and it is a FAKE web-store front. I look carefully at their web-sit before I ordered and they have an address in Glibert AZ, They have a phone number to call. They say, "secure" on the web site... POOLSAZ.COM is either the worst company customer service wise or a total RIP OFF. After checking epinions and other web sites, I see many other people are having the same problem. This company is a fraud. I am contacting the attorney generals office to place a formal complaint. Gosh, I hope I can get my money back.

A new low in customer service, mainly, there is none. Couple that with immediately charging your credit card for merchandise they dont have and dont plan on shipping, along with a phone system that ONLY goes to mailboxes that are full, and you have the perfect system for ripping people off all day long. Charged me $230.00 for merchandise I will never see, and had to spend the time and effort in having the charges reversed by my credit card company. Save yourself the aggravation, stay away from this company like a date with herpes sore on their lip.
