Recently we purchased a Clearwater Spa hot tub from Poolworks in Orlando. From the day it was set up we had problems with the jets on it. We were not able to turn some of them others just fell out completely. The stereo remote has never worked right.
When we called for service for these issues they sent out a tech who worked on the jets and he was able to get most of them working but not all of them. He was never able to fix the stereo issue. He said due to the problems with the jets we would have to wait until spring and drain the tub and have the jets worked on then. He said he would put us on the work order list for spring.
Well spring came...no one called us about fixing the tub. We called the service department and they said we would have to wait as spring was there busy season with all the pool openings. Okay so we waited and waited. In the mean time the hot tub totally stopped working, we again called for service they sent someone who diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse, but he did not have the part. The technician said he would come back another day with the fuse. We waited and waited and waited.
Finally my husband called and got the details on what kind of fuse was needed bought the fuse himself and put it in. Now that we have that done we finally get a date to work on the jets. Hurray for us..except they don't give us a set time or even a three hour window so we just wait and wait and wait all day long. My husband even took off the afternoon form work. They don't come.
At five or so they call and say they are not coming. They don't reschedule. Two days later I call them for a reschedule, I don't get one...I am still waiting five days later. It's the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They may sell you a product but goodness help you if it does not work or if you have a problem with it. This spa was supposed to be fun and relaxing...it's not. Perhaps if it worked as it did on the show room floor, it would be. If they can't or won't make it work right then they should refund our money.
