We placed an order with Pop's Furniture on December 29th, 2008 ($2300.00) with an estimated delivery time of 8 weeks.
8 weeks went by and no delivery or call from Pop's.
We called them after the delivery date and they said that one of the pieces arrived damaged (in January),
and had to be re-ordered. We waited 2 additional weeks and the bed still had not come in so we told them to
deliver the other furniture on March 7th. They did not deliver.
I contacted Mr. John Beasley and he promised that the furniture that had already been in their warehouse
a month would be delivered promptly, John Beasley never returned my call again.
Today I received a call stating that my order just wasn't important enough
and that they could not deliver for an additional 2 weeks. I called after this and cancelled the entire order and
they said they would issue a refund. Pop's policy is not to charge your card until the product is ready for delivery,
guess they didn't follow that policy either.
We have now wasted a full 3 months with Pop's Furniture!
It is my opinion that no one should buy from Pop's Furniture PERIOD!
They really could care less about their customers because they have so much business that they just cannot
service their customers properly according to employee Patricia Davis.
We have also withdrawn Pop's affiliate sales links from our websites.
DO NOT SHOP POP'S !!!
