We're a trucking company and knowing Lowes reputation for unloading trucks, my driver called to let Lake of the Ozark, Mo know he was on his way and they told him they receive until 10:00pm.
He arrived at 4:10pm. They told him they quit unloading at 4:00pm and refused to unload him. They would unload at 7:00am. Try 8:30am.
He had 1 skid to unload. Took all of 3 minutes.
He missed his next load. I would be ashamed to be like this especially since trucks have to bring your merchandise to sell.
