Poluar files runs a website called;
MyFiles-Member-area.com

They advertise as a company which you can download music etc.
In the page for registering you have various options.
This site has a good scam going in which you trial the 3 day membership for around $1.92 dollars and in small print in terms and conditions stings you for 1 year charge of 0.11 dollars a day which turns the payment into $82 dollars.
You add you payment details to pay the $1.92 dollars in which you think your paying but when the card is authorized it takes $82.92 (£54.23) and that is when you find out you been ripped off.
They say in the pages before payment nothing to worry about as 3 day refund no questions asked to comfort the buyer but they stop replying after to you after two e-mails.
I have the support page first reply via e-mail saying my e-mail accepted and full refund will be sent back to my account between 3 to 5 working days.
When I replied I said why would anyone pay for 3 day trial and pay 1 year fee it does not make any sense! This website is misleading in which to make money by ripping people off.
It is now 6 working days and no refund and no reply via e-mail to why no refund or when they sent the refund if they did.
I also phoned and left a message on the voicemail of this company and still no reply via phone or e-mail.
I have the IP address for the server: 68.169.81.130 and I plan to contact any American agency who monitors fair trade for these kind of online company's.
I will also try to search internet UK agencies who can help.
