I am much shocked by the poor customer service and unprofessional attitude your organization exhibits. It has been the second time I had taken up complaints, the first being lte delivery of vehicle where the executive has assured for the delivery of the vehicle by Jan 5th where by I was forced to pay the complete amount by December 31 2009. Though I had taken delivery of vehicle by Feb 6th after sacrificing a lot. I am sorry to tell you that till the date I haven’t got any written communication from any of yours offices for the complaint I had send by registered post. Its not the problem with a single office or executive I feel as the complaint has been forwarded to all levels and hierarchies . What I feel it’s the problem with the culture of the organization. I has been in the intention that your organization exhibits certain corporate culture and now I’m ashamed of being a customer of the so called organization.
The second of the incident is that I have been assured of the corporate offer that the Maruthi company has provided with that I had handed over a letter from the employer on 31st Dec 09 along with Demand draft . At the time of delivery of the vehicle at Tiruvalla it has been assured that the DD will be directly send to you later from Maruthi. Later around 15th February the executive has asked me that by salary Slip is also necessary for the claim and it has been to the executive on 20th of the Feb. On 3rd March when contacted the office at Kottayam it has been informed to me that the Login for the claim should have been submitted by 6th Feb as the Vehicle was billed on January 29 th or so .Though I had submitted a letter from employer on 31 st Dec why your people haven’t informed me at that time that a Salary slip is needed?? I feel that I have been cheated at all levels from your office.. Just because of your own staff I have been penalized and now it is told you have submitted the salary Slip by 20th of Feb and is not eligible for the offer. At the time of delivery if they would have told for salary certificate I would have produced that.
I have been at loss just being a customer of the organization. In fact this is the worst Service ever I had for any of the product I had purchased in my Life . I m sure that this letter doesn’t makes any differences but the top management ought to know the customer Grievances and I will be forced to approach the concerned authorities if I am not getting justice from your side. I feel sorry to tell you that even a Street monger have a better professional approach than what your organization exhibits.
