The first thing is the lack of any knowledgably in the marina personals minds. No one here seems to know a thing about boating or marina management. There is no systematic complaint procedure in the office so it appears no complaints to the management are addressed. The management is faulty. It appears to consist of a under qualified Harbormaster and one lackey. The parking lot is littered with everything from used cigarette butts to food stuff. There are rodent traps place inconspicuously every 100 feet or so. The dumpsters are not washed, there is a used motor oil container which has oil on and around it obviously not contained. The restrooms are unlocked and insecure. They could use a decent cleaning also. Not sure if they ever get clean. All this is within 1000 feet of the marina office. I never did visit the swimming pool or the boat yard but from what I have seen and heard there is no way I would use either. This place is not worth visiting. Consider the many other professionally operated marina’s all with in one hour’s cruise. The logical choice is to avoid stopping here until management improves the operation or something.
