I dropped off my car on Sunday night at Porters Auto repair in Chamblee, Georgia off W Hospital Dr to have the alternator replaced. I called him first thing Monday morning and told him to look at the car and give me a price.

I called him back for the third time around 4:00pm and he finally told me the alternator is going to cost $360 and it is going to cost north of $500 to fix it. I said I'm coming to get the car. He said not until you pay me $100 because I looked at it.

The Police told me there is nothing they can do and suggested I contact the BBC or some other agency. I left and as I was driving away started thinking what is going to stop him from pouring sugar in my gas tank. I called the police back and asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor called Howard and negotiated him down to $75. I paid it and wrote down what happened on this awesome website. He also called me a fuc#^!@ idiot on the phone and was extremely rude and disrespectful.
