sears credit card bill

I was living in Pottstown, PA when this credit card was issued. I opened an account with them in 2000. Since then I have moved back to Florida and I have not been able to pey this bill and they sent the information to the above company and they have been constantly calling me and harrassing me about this bill and I am not working and my husband is working, but his paycheck is just enough to pay the bills that we have now. We are living on foodstamps to buy food and that is not enough to buy for my family. I have told them that we do not have any extra money to pay this bill and they do not want to hear that. They told me that they are going to keep calling me and also they are taking legal action against me for this outstanding bill. They are jus t crooks. I do not have that money to pay them and they keep calling me.

Threatened to kill my ex

I have a buddy that sued PRA and got a $3500.00 settlement. Guess what, he did owe money on the debt they were collecting. He worked with a consumer affairs attorney. The attorney got $2500.00 of the settlement. However, PRA stopped calling him.

So call a consumer affairs attorney and ask how you can set these bottom feeders up for a lawsuit. It's evidently pretty easy to prove that they have broken state collection laws.

I get calls from them on a debt my ex walked away from. So far I just ignore the calls. However, I am going to find out who the attorney was that my buddy used.
