Our daughter's wedding photos were lost by this photographer, Annette Phillips. We did not get one photo from her. She kept telling us not to worry, she always had backups, she could restore her cf card, etc. etc. That was not true! She also mailed us 4 cd's and they turned out to be of 4 other couple's weddings. She asked us to mail them back to her, but instead we agreed to meet her when she told us she had our photos (also not true). She brought us two blank CD's. Luckily we had the foresight to bring our laptop to this meeting and check the CD's. We did give her the 4 cd's back because we felt sorry for those other 4 couples who were probably waiting for their wedding photos. She gave us our money back, but we don't think she realizes what she took from us. There will never be any formal wedding portraits for our daughter to display on her wall or mantle alongside all the other relatives wedding photos. Memories lost. No photo album of wedding pictures to show her children and grandchildren. Annette told us we were lucky she allowed us to take photos ourselves at the wedding. However, she pulled the bride and groom away from their guests for the formal photo shoot. We don't have anything but "snapshots", really. Some are nice, but not what we thought we would get by hiring a "professional" photographer. Watch out for this lady. I would not risk any important event to her "professionalism."
