About five weeks ago the product screen was reduced hiding result action button and freezing. I am only able to update the program or run a scan, then it freezes. I have had no response to requests for help placed with their technical support and customer service.
After reading today about this problem on the Complaints Board site, I am sending a request for a refund to Post Medical technical support and customer service. I am removing the program from my computer. I will likely purchase Registry Booster from Uniblue Systems. I have previously satisfactorily utilized Uniblue Systems timely and helpful technical support for their SpeedUpMyPC product.
