Hi my name is Karla Cantu. I moved to this address 2301 W 3 Mile Rd. Mission, Tx 78573 in September 2008. We have followed all the procedures the Post Office has asked us to do. We are still not receiving any mail. I have called daily to the Post Office and spoken to Supervisors but no luck. They always take my number and say they will get back to me. I was waiting for some inportant documents from the IRS, Bank Information, Bank Cards, Bills, & ect. When I try to go collect they say there is no mail and maybe the driver can't see our mail box. I have bought new stickers to put on the mail box which is new and still no mail. They always say that the driver already left for the day and need to call me back. They also tell me that my address is wrong. I made an appointment with an inspector to come and check our land and he said the address is correct. We have received calls from our water, light, phone, and family saying the mail they have sent to our address has been returned. I would really appreciate it if someone could give me a call and try to explain to me what is going on. If I need to do something else to be able to receive my mail it's no problem I just need it resolved.
