I sent $129.50 for this company to send me a book to study which I did not recieve, so I called them multiple times. I finally spoke to a person by the name of Gary Barrett Rep. # 420-4213. I was told the book would be send again and when I was ready to take the exam (within a years time) I was to call 1-800-709-0162 and the exam would be set up for me to take. I was told the name of the book would be named, "300 Study Guide" and there would be a number of workshops I would be able to access in preparation for the exam.

When I was ready to attend the workshops, I called the number and could not get ahold of anyone. The phone number was disconnected and the website no longer works.

Please help all of us which have gotten ripped off.
