On Monday the 5th Octotber I went to a FNB atm situated inside the Steeledale Pick n Pay. When i then tried to withdraw funds, on the slip from the ATM it indicated that Postbank was experiencing technical difficulties. I then went to an ABSA ATM in the same complex, the receipt also stated that Postbank is experiencing difficulties.
I then went into the Postbank branch located in the centre, who informed me that according to their record I had made a withdrawl. No money was recieved by me.
I handed the teller the ATM receipts, and she made copies, she then requested that I bring a copy of my ID? I WILL NOT, I HAVE BEEN ROBBED AND NOW I MUST STILL RUN AFTER THIS BANK!!! NO WAYS!!!
I am in the process of reporting this to the banking Ombudsman, and I am going to lay a charge of theft at the Police station.
I am going toclose this account as soon as this mess is sorted.
BUT ALL stay away from Postbank!!!
