Extremely rude and shady services. I saw a shirt on the website that I wanted to buy but knew that the official website that sold that particular shirt was out of stock of that shirt and decided to email postergod.com to confirm they indeed had that shirt in stock. If the official website selling that shirt was out of stock of it, it is my right to wonder if postergod was also out of stock or not. However, when I emailed them they responded with some generic answer that they nonetheless send to everyone. I knew this because the answer they sent back had absolutely nothing to do with the question I asked. The response was about how it takes 1-2 weeks to ship... So I replied back asking again. They responded back by writing in bold and caped letters saying they do not have the item in stock. I then wrote back suggesting they tell customers that the item in question is out of stock on their website because when I was looking at it it said no such thing and I was still allowed to put it in my online shopping cart and pay for it, despite it not being in stock! I informed them that writing in bold and cap like they did implies them yelling at me and that its rude to do so to customers. Postergod responded by saying they knew perfectly well what writing in bold and caps meant and proceeded to do so again.
They act as though I was some whiny annoying customer. I was just asking if they had the shirt I wanted in stock! The website said no such thing about it being out of stock and the first email response I receive didn't address my question either. And yet they think its ok to yell at me. WTF
