2 wks.ago posterpass.com made unauthorized deduction of $79 from my checking account.called them many times and left message after message, 2 wks. worth of messages. they have not called to respond to my problem. called my bank, filed dispute. the bank has put the money back in my account until the dispute can be settled. today almost 2 wks. to the day, there is another charge of $79 pending on my account.bank suggested closing out my card. all my bills are on auto draft with this card. i will have to call and cancel all of these and re-do everyone of them. I HATE POSTERPASS.COM !!! i can't afford to pay $158 for poster i didn't order. it's been 18 months since i've had any contact with this stupid company.now this! it will take months to get my money back from them.what are they doing, trying to raise money for their employees christmas bonuses by robbing their past customers ????

I ordered posters from PosterPass.com. They had a special going of 5 for $5 each. I ordered the 5 and have yet to receive them. Within a week I had 3 other charges from them for $40 and $30 that I did not authorize. When I went online to contact the company my search brought up several different websites for complaints and law suits against the company for such actions. When I did contact the company, they said that I needed to return the merchandise, that I didn't even order in the first F***ing place, in order to get my money back!!!

I wish I had believed it was" too good to be true" when I saw order 4 posters for $2.00 a piece. I didn't know anything was up until I received 2 more posters 2 days after receiving the first order, then 2 more posters arrived within days. I called the number and the gal said I was on the receive an order weekly program. Excuse me!!? I didn't know that. She told me how to send them back, thank goodness I didn't open them or I would have to pay shipping too. I was told I would be refunded when they receive them. I have online banking and saw what my balance was on my card and it was $144.00 over what it should be with the $8.00 charge. They not only charged me 33.96 instead of $8.51 but also charged me $39.80 3 times in less than 1 week. I have sent all back but have not been credited for the returned posters. What a scam!!!
