not activated

This is avisek sinha. i got a call from a tele caller to take postpaid connection air tel.
I have accepted the scheme and said that u have to change my prepaid no 9901656435 to postpaid
they said yes a executive by name srinivas came and gave me a Sim and took 300rs for activation of my no.
but unfortunately some one stolen my mobile with that prepaid no .
So i don't have any contact no to contact srinivas
he came to me for collecting documents on 25/07/2009 he told that the no will be activated within 28/7/2009.

i don't want that prepaid no back i just want the activation of the postpaid no.

hai this is chaitanya i have recently taken one post paid sim but due to some other reason it is rejected n again i have given all statements what they said to mee but it is not activated and they did not tell reason y its was not activated.when i contact again he said u have to sign in 1 more form actually iam an employee.i have no time come again n again n contact with ur agency person and their responce is also not well i did not see this thye of srevice anywhere .......
