I should have known better. I saw the product on TV and went to this website "as seen on tv" to order it. They advertise one price, then assault you with pop ups to try to confuse you into unknowingly buy other things. I tried to stop the order and get out of the site but could not and while I was attempting to delete the order I received a confirmation email for my order with 3 charges of $79.99 plus shipping and handling! I was originally ordering a $34.99 item! There is no way to contact this company via email or telephone so I called my credit card company and put a hold on my account so the charges cannot go through. After reading other complaints I will probably have to leave the hold on for a good month since they don't seem to put the charges through immediately as part of their scam. This company should be banned from the internet for ANY business and it looks like they sell many products in the same manner. Shame on them and shame on us for falling into their trap. Never again! I will be filing a complaint with my state's consumer fraud division first thing Monday morning. They have to be stopped.

After waiting 3 weeks, I finally recieved the product and after 5 week of trying to train my dog, he simply did not respond to this product. I even went as far as placing dog poop on the patch and it did'nt work. Money gone!!!

It took approximately a month and a half after I ordered the potty patch for it to arrive. I was charged weeks after ordering it, at this point I had already forgot about the purchase. I was unaware of the total cost of shipping and handling until the charge appeared on my credit card account. When the potty patch arrived it was crap. The grass portion was spiky and too hard for my small dog, the three parts of the patch didn't fit well together. I called the customer service number to get my money back and received no answer. This is a total scam. I'm now out 54.00.

This company has no clue as to how to operate an e-commerce web site. They want your credit card number first, they subject you to ad after ad. The day after order, the phone rings and they are trying to sell more useless garbage. I tried to order refill pads at same time as original order, but no way to do it. Have to make 2 separate orders with extra s&h. This place is pathetic. I only hope the product arrives and my bank account isn't cleaned out!

This is a scam company! I do NOT know how the AKC endorses them. I bought this as it was supposedly cheaper than the one my trainer recommended. I decided to get a large one, though nowhere did they list the price of the large one, then got two extras as part of the many pop-up offers that they actually have on their site (many have nothing to do with dogs even and are just affiliate marketers or subsidiary companies). I went to check out still no sign of a price for the larger one NOR was there any info on shipping time. As I have a trainer and am moving time is of the essence. I have 4 small dogs and living in an apartment it is not always easy to rush home for their tiny bladders and two of my dogs prefer pads but they are both expensive and ugly (they love their walks but only like to do their business on pads).

Anyway, I finally check out and find out far from the 39.99 price of the small one I was paying 80 dollars for each of the three large ones PLUS 13 S&H and there were no dates given for when I would receive them.

I called day after day and each day was told to call back. I was mortified to see all the complaints online and finally called back and was given the excuse that "the orders that particular day/weekend had all been slow to get processed because of some glitch". I then said, ok, well pull my order and rush my delivery, I have been waiting a week, and explained my situation. NOTHING. They claimed they would look into it, did not, they claimed they would do something, did not, did not get back to me, finally I demanded they deal with it and have been told they would flag my order and cancel it---problem is I could have had a competitors for less money a week earlier and am at square one. This company is a fraud and should be shut down.
