My name is John vergot and i'm a valued poulan customer . I have a poulan Pro BVM200 vacuum/blower had it for three years and replaced the vacuum bag three times because of a poorly designed zipper i'm getting ready for my fourth vacuum bag but i'm disgusted with the poor quality and i'm tired of replacing these bags. I'm a senior citizen and can't afford to buy a new bag every year. I have several poulan products and have had no trouble. I think i should be given consideration and you should send me a new bag free of charge.If not i may have to go with another manufacturer for my lawn products. A dissatisified customer.
