I wanted to level from in wow from 34 to 40, found the deal for 2 days for $19.99. I had the days off but would be busy thought whats the worse... Huge mistake! I didn't receive any confirmation from them that they would start service until 6 hours later after i talked to 3 live chat operators. I received 2 emails that my account info was incorrect. Mean while each time i talked to the chat operators i was told to "be patient" or be just another 3 or 6 hours. I emailed back w/ the correct information. Each time i would talk to them they would say leveling 1-40 in 6.5 days. I would tell them now... They would ask me to check again... I would copy & paste the email i received confirming my order. After 20 mins of that alone they would tell me that it was being worked on and to "please wait".

After 2 days of that and threating to get a refund they said to wait 6 hours (it was 12am) and it should be done. I figured I'll sleep on it and hopefully it would be done. I logged into the armory off wow and checked on my character and did notice that i was level 35. A sigh of relief... Right? Wrong. I woke up and i was level 36... Come on 2 levels in 8 hours? And i was already half way done in 34 so 1.5 levels in 8 hours. I went back on the support and was told it was being worked on and by the end of the day i should be leveled. Its been 12 hours since then and guess what i am still in level 36. I went back to the online support which is like pulling teeth. After talking to 3 ppl and the last person... Well I'll just copy & paste the last part:

Lanmeta: i'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you.

Lanmeta: i will be right with you.
Qupop: k
Lanmeta: my work time is over now ,i have to go home now , any problem you can contact us again

Lanmeta: after you close it , another operator will chat with you in 2 mins, please don't worry

Granted I've only wasted 19.99 but if i get banned i would be very upset. The scary part is that i had the past 3 days off, and if i didn't constantly check my email and get back w/ the online "support" nothing would of been done.

In the end don't use www.power-levling.com or its affiliates.
