In October Power Auto Glass came to my home and replaced the windshield on my 2004 Toyota Sequoia. In November, during a rain storm and when driving on the freeway, I noticed water was leaking in from the bottom of the windshield. I contaced Power Auto Glass, they said someone would come and check it the next day between 12 and 4. Sat home all day waiting, they never showed up. I called 2 more times, both times they said someone would come by and check, they never showed up. Their customer "service" is TERRIBLE, their workmanship is shoddy, and I would strongly encourage people to NOT trust them to replace something as important as the front windshield.

I recently filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and Power Auto Glass ignored their request for information. Now I will have to pay another windshield company to come and fix what they screwed up.

Save yourself the aggravation and do NOT use this company!
