I got sucked into an internet ad to try the acai berry product as a free sample, and then somehow signed up for the Power Flush 500 free sample as well. I followed the policy for cancellation instructions to cancel the "membership" so I would not start getting unordered specimens as they instructed, but apparently there is a separate number and cancellation procedure for the colon product in addition to the acai product. I gave them my information to pay for shipping ONLY for the free samples, not to bill me for pills I didn't order. I did not realize I was getting the colon cleanse product shipped authomatically until a few weeks ago, so I promptly marked "RETURN TO SENDER, DID NOT ORDER" on the unopened package and sent it back. I was already charged the $89.31 so I tried calling the number on my account statement next to the charge and discovered it conveniently was busy at all times. The original sample was called "Power Flush 500" but on my statement it was listed as "GT Colon Power" ...possibly a name change to mislead all of the people trying to get their money back. I googled "GT Colon Power" and did get a website which gave out a working number and got it cancelled, but not after I got billed another $89.31...and this time I didn't even get a product. The operator told me I didn't follow proper procedures to cancel the product within the period of time they allotted nor would I get credit for the two charges of $89.31 each. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they were not available and to call back in 2 hours. They also would not give me a name of someone to ask for. Neither the website or the free sample bottle I received had any company information other than the SMS LLC and I am not certain if they are the manufacturer or a marketing company, I could not tell by reviewing the website for SMS LLC when I googled it. There are ingredients listed on the bottle but since this is a scam and there is no disclosure of where this is manufactured I am throwing the free trial away and am going to try to get my account to stop payment for unauthorized charges. Beware!!! Do not buy any of this crap, I knew better and feel like a complete idiot.
