I ordered the juicer by telephone and was told it would ship in 4-6 weeks. Then went online and saw their site was offering the same juicer with additional bonuses for less money. I called back the ordering site and was told i had to call customer service and the order would not show in their system for 24 hrs. I called customer service and was told they could not cancel the order until it appeared in their system and to call back the next after (within 24hrs). I called again and was told the same thing by another cust. rep. After 24 hrs I called cust serv and was told they couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped. I told them what the order processor told me about 4-6 wks and they said there was nothing they could do. When I asked for a supervisor the rep was rude. Rep wouldnt give me his last name or the supervisors name. They won't let you cancel withing an hour of placing the order and they lie about when it will ship. I called back and spoke to another rep who was just as rude as the others. Wouldn't put me thru to a supervisor, took my phone # and said he would put it on the supervisors desk. This company is very unprofessional and I will not order the juicer online either. I am contacting my bank and disputing the charge. Do not deal with this company.
