I gave Power Marketing my credit card # to pay for 10, 000 pieces of mail, to be printed and sent by 3/20/07. They never provided the service I paid for, then charged my credit card $2000. When I disputed the charge, they said it's for 'Graphic Design'.
They did design the flier that they never printed or mailed, but the market cost of graphic design for an 11x17, 2-sided flier is only $350. Since they never discussed their design charges with me, I had no reason to think it would be more than that.
