I purchased a power miser to conserve energr, electricity in July, 2009. As part of the inducement, I was to receive vouchers for gas and groceries totaling $600 each at $50 per month. I sign up for the first company and submitted receipts totalling over $50 dollars but never received a voucher. I was told that the company went bankrupt and I was given a new company called ESavingsNow. I signed up with them and agreed with the new program. I Reived an email that a package of vouchers was coming but never arrived.
Contacted Utility Mngt Assoc. and was told that both companies have law suits agaisnt them by Utulity Mngt. I was told to sign up with ESavingsNow which I have done but their web site is frozen; their phone number does not take calls but refers you to their web site. Utility Mngt Assoc.claims no responsibility stating they were only obligated to give out the vouchers. They are worthless. The offer was a fraud. The company did not stand behind their offering. Will file a compliant with the Attorney General in MS.
