Paid for a leveling service. Like many other people, noticed that process was very slow. Logged into account one day, NO QUESTS had been completed as paid for. When using online chat, you are given scripted responses...leveler having problems, need to change leveler, we will speed up process. As it turns out, after loggin into account many times, toon was always in same area. These people use your toon to farm mats and then use a low level to sell them at auction and also use these toon to deliver gold. Account has since now been banned by Blizzard. When contacting them again, you receive same responses..impossible, our levelers would not do that. Emailed a screenshot of their level 1 toon with the auctions listed in the background. Again, they deny it was them and stated someone else must have had access to the account, despite them requesting a password chage the day prior.

DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY> RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM> THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NO ACCOUNT AND LOSS OF ALL YOUR CHARACTERS.

Purchased a leveling service from power4wow. After purchasing this service this company used my account for several days of spamming. During the time that I allowed access to my account the got the account banned twice. Stole it once by merging it into another battle.net account. The created several characters and used them for spamming on different servers.

Luckily this no my main account. There were no other characters on this account to begin with. I contacted support many many times and they made many promises to make good on the agreement. They did initially level my account to level 7 and left it there.

They also refused to provide any refund.
