I have placed an order for the Father Dowling Mysteries DVD's. The DVD's arrived almost one month later (and after I have sent many e-mails asking for them). They were shipped from China (and not from a US addressed as I supposed) in the filthiest packaging I have ever seen (as a matter of fact, I have never seen something like it) the plastic DVD boxes were broked, most DVD's were scratched and 3 out of 7 could not be palyed at all (I got a "cannot read" read message, as soon as the DVD was inserted into the DVD player. As for the rest of the DVD's they get stuck, or jump from one scene to another and cannot follow the play. Moreover, the e-mail address ([email protected]) hey sent me if there were any problems, does not work. I cannot send any messages. Very very bad service, and bad quality. No respect to customers!!

Bonanza all seasons ordered at cost of usd 222.95 arrived but 15 of discs incorrect. Have sent emails to chronopay (payment went via them) and to powerdvdstore for last six weeks and do not have any response.
