My mother knows I play WoW and I love the game. She offered to buy me 1000g for my game for my 38th birthday. I went to www.powerlevel-wowgold.com to buy 1000g for my character. I spoke directly with a customer service rep and they said that they could deliver 1000g within 30minutes to 2 hours after payment was received. I went ahead and made the deal.
2 hours after the deal I was still waiting on their in game rep to meet me with my gold. I contacted their CSR using both their site chat and MSN Messenger. After the 2 hours had passed I went back to their site and they said they needed more time...I started to get suspicious... but waited another 2 hours.

After 4 hours of waiting I figured I was getting scammed and asked for my money back. The CSR said they just needed a little more time to complete getting my gold together. I was mad but agreed. After 6 hours more of waiting I said to myself... they are trying to put you off until PayPal will no longer recognize the legit claim. I went to PayPal and started the dispute process. The Company kept asking for more time to deliver the goods. I knew after 24 hours PayPal will look at any claim differently. So I forced the issue and asked PayPal to step in. After asking PayPal to tep in I kept trying to talk to their CSR and solve the issue. I knew since I started the claim within 24 hours of my purchase PayPal would get involved. I contacted the site one last time to try to solve this without having to call Visa(The CC I used to pay for the deal)and issue a charge back to PayPal... I knew that would suspend my account and theirs.

They responded with "I know you can give us more time". I said No I could not asI knew PayPal will not recognize a Digital Sale/non-delivery after 24 hours. After I called Visa and posted to them thru PayPal that I had done so... they were very fast in offering me a refund.

www.powerlevel-wowgold.com knew that when I contacted Visa about this scam that their ability to use PayPal at all as a method of payment would be taken from them... and make their scam known. So they tried to shut me up about the way they deal with players who do not know what their rights are as a Visa user.

WATCH OUT FOR THEM... they will steal your money if they can... if they can't they will refund it to you fast as they can to keep their scam quite on the net.
