This organization bought two video projectors from me on Ebay last year. They paid via PayPal. Six months after each purchase they claimed chargebacks on the credit cards they used to pay for the goods WITHOUT RETURNING THE MERCHANDISE. A quick Internet search reveals that I am not the only one they ran this scam on. I am filing a report with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center and their local authorities.
