Scam and cheating
Love the scooter, hate the service. First off i ordered a windshield because the original one they sent was broken. Three months later i received a call that they could not deliver it. 5 times I had called them and given my new address. When i asked why it could not be delivered they told me they had the wrong address. I asked what address they had and was told an address I had changed two times previous.
I had taken this bike to a moped mechanic I trusted. I gave them the e-mail address and phone number of powersportsmax in order for them to order any parts needed. After being told they would not ship a part to any other retailer I ordered the part personally. 2 months has passed, and after calling every week and getting a different answer and no results I have decided to drive an hour and a half to confront them.
We will see what happens... Please post bail in the event they don't have a really good answer!!! (just kidding... maybe).

Fraud and scam
I purchased a 1100cc go cart from power sports max and it is junk. Breaks every time I ride it. Does not go as fast as they advertise. They want me to send it from ND to CAL for each repair. This is not going to happen. It is not as advertised at all. Totally unreliable and is a cheap copy of other much better buggy's. Do not buy from them!!!
It is leaking oil antifreeze the clutch master cylinder also broke. the swing arms are not straight and it did not come with assembly instructions. They also have no repair manual available so you are on your own to repair it. And when I was putting it together the parts did not fit which puts stress on them and also causes more cracks and premature ware on every thing else. do your self a big favor and do not buy from them!!!

4 wheel atv piece of junk
We purchased a 125cc atv (a no name piece of junk) on June 6, 2008, rec'd it on June 16th. In less than 1 hour of riding it broke down, starter burned up. It took 15 days to get another starter after emailing pictures and constantly emailing and bugging them. After the part came the chain kept flying off, broken master link (purchased them ourself). After putting repaired chain back together, the brake cylinder blew up. After waiting another 12 days for parts, they sent the wrong parts (go figure). After a total of maybe 3 hours riding time, we have to make another call to get them to resend the right parts. I would never ever purchase anything again from the company.

ATV not in working condition
I purchased an ATV from the company. It was not in working condition.
4 months later the bike is still not in working condition, although they have sent me parts that they claim is the problem.
The company never phone back.
Very bad customer service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Misleading Website
This "company's" website states EVEN TODAY that they have a moped "In Stock". I ordered this moped in June and had not received it. An email response from them stated that they did not have the moped in stock and would not for at least 20 days. I emailed that I wanted to cancel my order and they stated that I had to do that by telephone. I called twice, only to be placed on hold for 30 minutes each time before giving up. They also initially told me there would be a 6% fee for cancelling an order, even though they did not fulfill their end of the contract.
Luckily, they did not actually charge my Credit Card. They had only placed an $1, 100 hold on it. Due to to this Company's suspicious actions, my only choice was to have my credit card company close my card so that they would not come back and charge me.
Lesson learned and fortunately I am not out any money. However, I am certain many people aren't aware of the actions they can take on their end to remedy their own situations.

Dont buy anything from powersportsmax
This company is the worst. Im sick of writing about them and my problems I have had with them. So I will paste one of the many E-Mails I have sent to them!
Hi, I hope you can replace this. This was only the first time I took the AVT out for a ride! Due to the fact, the original battery I was sent did not hold a charge. I had to go out and buy another battery. I was ridding for 2-3 hours and the chain fell and got jammed. I had to open the cover to work the kink out of the jam. After fixing the chain, I took the ATV for a ride around the yard and pulled it back into the garage. When putting the cover for the chain back on, I then noticed oil leaking. This is unacceptable, the plate used to guard the crank case and the wires is a thin piece of metal. At this point in time, I am a very unhappy customer and hope you can help me with my problem.

Stay Away from powersportsmax!!! or deeals inc. (same company) Same as everyone else they gave me the run around on the phone and just dont care if the customer is happy or not. Bad way to run a business, Its crazy they are still in business.

Very poor customer service
Purchased Roketa moped 50cc, front wheel bearing failed after 35 miles. Repeated calls to customer no-service resulted in hours on hold, no call-backs and no resolution. Would ship it back if we could! This is after spending a month to get the title sent to us. We had to result to paying Fed-ex to have the title sent to us. Assembly instructions sent were terrible and we had to call for additional instructions. Very poor quality in customer service, and the product so far shows the same level of quality...both very bad and we are upset!

Beware
I looked at their site and it looked like a good company these people are ripping us off... i waited 3 weeks for an atv and called daily and like everyone else got nothing dont get robbed!! There are better places to shop. Do research... i called best price atvs and got my ATV in 4 days. It’s a shame that these people can do such a thing to willing to pay clients... i give this company 2 thumbs down and two middle fingers up. Do not, I repeat, do not get robbed by these terrible irresponsible people. They suck!

I purchased a gocart online just bedor easter within 2 days it would not start.I had one of their tech reps diagnose the problem over the phone.He said it needed acertain part which they would send me.that was amonth ago.sense then everybody i talk to tells me .the parts are in the mail.It doesn't take a month for mail to get from calif to sc. today the hub broke loose from the front wheel thank goodness my child wasn't hurt.I don't even know if i'll ever get that part.by the way I purchased the other part Ineeded on line.the bottomline is .In 1 month my child has been able to injoy his cart for three days.kenneth.c.hammond
