I'm not sure this is actually a legit company. I ordered an item, paid thru PAYPAL, never received anything. I have emailed the company at least 8 times with no response. PAYPAL is now looking into it, I hope.

I've seen other complaints, so despite being cheap - it may NOT be a legit company. There is NO way to contact them, no customer service.

BEWARE of 'powertoolbattery.org' & 'laptopabc.net' [parent company ???]. I haven't heard from PAYPAL either.
