It disturbs me that these people are charging my card $19.97 a month yet again even though we have had no communication for over a year.
About two years ago I viewed one of their landing pages which I thought was the most attractive landing page I had ever seen. Everything about it followed the rules of how to get action from people who view the site. I was impressed and wanted to duplicate this site and use it for what I was selling.
I signed up for their course and began as time permitted to take their lessons. The lessons were well put together but didn't actually coincide with actually putting together my site to sell my stuff. I sent emails to these people and tried to call them. I was never able to reach them. They just would not visit by phone. I am not the typical NEWBIE. I have had websites online since 1995 and have as anyone one would technical problems associated with trying to apply the principles these people and others teach. I would love to get help from the people they use to do their sites and their marketing and make sure their surveys, tests etc work. They want to sell theory that is half a bubble off actually helping me to follow through and create something that actually works.
I continued to let them charge my card for about a year. Finally, I went back to the site and tried to use the product. It no longer worked. They had upgraded and I no longer qualified to use that. I sent them an email to cancel. They acknowledged my request by email but still charged me month after month. I got the credit card company to reverse the charges and thought that was the end of it.
Yet in July 2010 over a year later they decide to begin charging me again at $19.97 a month..I did not order from them or give them any reason to believe I wanted more of anything. Worse, they provided nothing to actually use anything they had.
I would be happy to pay these people thousands of dollars to actually help me. They just are not interested. They want to sell their boiler plate and are not above charging you card when you cancel. Worse, they will go back long after you cancelled and begin charging your card out of the blue if they have the card number and it works.
Perhaps they are desperate for money. Here is a sad truth; according to Robbins Research over 90% of the people who sign up for services like these do not actually continue to use the service. Worse, a high percentage of people allow their cards to be charged month after month and never notice or care. It is only $19.97.
Try to reach these people by phone. See if you can get through to a real person who can help you. Everything they have is NEWBIE based. You must have skills beyond what they teach you to make money, especially selling your own products. They don’t answer your questions! They push their boilerplate and try to upgrade your order for more boilerplate. This could be a great company if they offered a full service program where you could reach the right kind of talent for the right situation. But being a great company begins with honesty. That means only charging cards of people who actually use your service.
