1. I had applied for broadband connection on Sep 05 2009 in Chennai, Ashok Nagar. Till now I have not received the connection.
2. On calling the customer care centre, they told me that my case was pending with Mr Kesava Kumar and has not yet been approved. On calling the GM they told me that my application was cancelled. And to say I had not initiated it and neither got any intimation from BSNL.
3. On 19th Sept Chief engineer Ganesan of KK nagar sub division called me to submit a letter stating that cancellation was not initiated from our side. We went to his office and submitted the letter personnally.
4. We waited till 23rd Sept, after which we called Mr Ganesan. We only got rude replies saying that it was not thier offices fault. We then called the GM and were told that broadband will be installed within 3 days.
5. We went to the regional office on 26th Sept where the employees were not ready to install the modem at our premises. They asked us to take the modem and install it ourselves. But on installing the modem also, we have not received the connection despite repeated calls to the complaint centre and the regional office. Also they told us that our application no. was not valid and they had made a new application. Did not receive any initimation or written proof of the new application.
6. Also the 24 hrs call centre is not functional after 7 in the evening.
7. I think there are some TRAI regulations wherein broadband connection should be given 15 days within booking.
