I Rajeshwari nagarajreddy working in Bosch (koramagala bangalore)as project manager. Was refer ed by one of my colleague, that i would be getting the best service and good corporate discount, in pratham motors since she already availed it.hoping for same kind of service, myself and my spouse walked in pratham motors bellandhur branch, on akshaya thritya day in month of may 2010. Was very impressed with overwhelming respone from one of your Asst manager Krishna's (9980913624) who in turn promissed a lot of goodies and a corporate of Rs 3000/= and assured us that we will get the vehicle in two to three month time. As we were very happy we immediately made a token advance of Rs 10000/=.
As i returned from my official trip (germany) my self and my spouse visited pratham motors on request from your executive swathi(9945144470)on 13/09/2010.We with full of joy wanted to see our new car came to pratham motors.but to our shocking suprise she claimed that we never offer any discount to any customers.after i informed her about Krishna s offer she started negotiating the discount i and my spouse very totally down by the attitude of swathi who made us feel low and she started pushing us to a situation by making us to feel to cancel the booking.
once we felt that, we said we want to cancel the booking, she without any thinking promptly brought a white paper and asked us to give it in writing. i have never come across any sales personal like swathi who in turn made my day and four months of waiting null and void, i felt very insulting in front my husband, hope this kind of treatment is not given to all your customers.
expecting a prompt and honest reply from u sir and also i want know on my booking status.
