I went online to order a prayer cross necklace for my children and my niece. to place an order you first need to fill out all the billing information and credit card information before you can go into the order . Once you enter your request to purchase 1 set o necklaces they offer you another order at 50% off. You make your options then nothing else appears no total no confimation no shipping charges all you get is a thank you and a Id # I then checked my e-mail and I recieved a bill of outstanding amounts. I called the 800# and I was told l would have to call back tomarrow, because they have not received my order yet. So My Id # would not help. I then had to bush to get a superviser who would not assist me with my order. I wanted to know where on the order form did I upgrade my order to 14K. She said there is an option key. I wanted to review this form with her. She told me that every time I would go to see the form for additional order infomation that it would automatily reorder another request. I told her I did not request to upgrade. She was very rude and would not assist me in any way other than to call back. I asked for the manager. no name would she give and No manager is in and no Idea when one would be aviable and no call back to me would be made. I called my credit card company explained the story. They can not stop payment on one transaction only advice was to file a dispute if the matter is not corrected. One bank associated said I could stop my card and issue a new one. I then called the bank back of authorize the canx on my card and issue a new card. Then I was told the order was allready authorized so even If I canx. my card it would not ganunitee the order would not go though. Again I am to call tomarrow to canx. Lets see how fast the order will be shipped so that they can tell me it is to late to canx. I will update you tomarrow. Please tell people to check this complaint board first.Before ordering online. I learned my lesson. I guess that is why I do not use the internet to order that often.
