Prayer necklace
I printed my receipt because I could not find where the total price was...and it was NOT THERE. They do not tell you what they are going to charge your card! My receipt says "you have purchased 1 pay BOGO." To me that means I purchased one and get one free. They charged me $111.92. What happened to getting one free!?! Their 800 number on my receipt is 800.655.4336 but the line is eternally giving a busy signal. If I knew where to purchase this other than online, I would have done that. I'm going to file a complaint with my bank since I used my card.

Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money
I recently purchased the Lords Prayer Cross. My first time going through the site, my session timed out so I started over. I placed my order, asked for rush delivery because it was a b-day present and left it at that. 3 days later, I have been charged for 2 orders, apparently my first attempt, even though it was a site timeout, took and I wasn't aware. So, when I received them all, I returned one order. What seems like a good deal, a $39.00 necklace, with shipping and the problem, cost me $80.00. Also, keep in mind, when you receive the necklace you'll notice it's probably worth $10 at most and the Lords Prayer you are suppose to see is a horrible looking photo copy that actually was creased when they copied it. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money.

misleading advertising
I would like to add to the other complaints out there regarding quantity of crosses ordered vs. billed for. I ordered one prayer cross assuming that I would receive the buy one, get one free option. However, because the website is so misleading, in the process of filling out the info they ask if you want to receive the second one and just pay shipping, I assumed that was the free one. Unfotunately, this wasn't the case. When I received the notification that the prayer crosses had been shipped, I also received notification that I was paying $83.94, which was $39.98 for the original one, plus an additional $19.99 for the "second" one and 3 shipping charges of $7.99. When you place the order you are not given the option to review the overall order to confirm quantities, shipping charges, etc. before placing the order. So my advice---be very careful when dealing with this company because it appears they are definitely out to scam you!

fraud visa charges
In Nov I purchases the as seen on TV prayer cross, I have since then payed 19.95 for AGN bargainlink.ca 1 800-375-1795 and AGN vacationsavers.ca 1866-780-2502 19.95 per month and have never signed up for either of these. When I made the first purchase of the prayed cross it was signed up automatically and without my consent. I called both company's on the the visa statement and the same person answered the call, I told them what I thought that this was fraud and I wanted to cancel them both and called my visa company to put a stop to them taking any more money out.

FRAUD
My Father and Mother decided to purchase a Prayer Cross for all their Granddaughters. Great idea. So they ordered 6 crosses. Buy 3 and get 3 free.

Fair enough thinks my Dad. So the order is placed and the total was $60 (+ shipping). My Dad is 76. And myself being a former stockbroker, I know how call centers work, they hit him with a flurry of questions and at some point (they CLAIM) he agreed to a 'white gold upgrade' on the crosses. He claims he did not agree to that (he's an honest man) but the long and short of it is: the package arrives. 6 crosses nestled inside. Fair enough...but there is no invoice. No packing invoice, no shipping charges listed, nothing. Shifty.

A week after Christmas, one of the Granddaughters lost a stone on her cross. So she brought it to my Parents and they began to investigate how to get it replaced/repaired. And found no telephone contact numbers to do so. Had to call the credit card they used to find a contact number. HORRIBLE.

They require the customer pay shipping AND the return shipping on damaged goods. HORRIBLE.

And now, after reviewing the bill, my Parents have discovered that the grand total for the purchase of the 6 crosses was: $295.81

SCAM SCAM SCAM And they refuse to consider a refund when my Mom finally got hold of someone in Customer Service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! The SHAME of using a religious item to scam people??? Horrific.

Prayer cross
This jewelry is JUNK they advertise on the website in audio that it made with the finest of PURE STERLING SILVER. I recieved the articles and found that it was silver plated. I called to complain and they said that on the written part of the advertisement that it says layered sterling silver. DO NOT buy this product as it is falsely advertised. Nothing but a SCAM.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are using the cross because it automatically makes you want to trust them. They advertise the cross as 2 for two payment of $19.95 but their website is very poorly designed, it asks for quantity and if you elect 2, you will get 4! It asks for your credit card information on the first page before it starts luring you with small additional fees like white gold. And to make matters worse, you do NOT get to review the final billing order before it is charged. I was anticipating 2 payment of $40 for 2 crosses because I elected the upgraded to white gold plating but my first charge to my card was $159 this month and I guess the same amount next month. I called them immediately and told them that my Grandma would be getting something else this Christmas. They told me to have my Grandma refuse delivery and they would reimburse my card once they receive the items back. I am not going to hold my breath for that; I am calling my bank now. Don't trust them!

I seen the commercial on TV and placed an order for the buy one get one free offer. The total cost should have been $40.00. I chose to upgrade each item to the platinum which added $19.99 to the order. When I received the email conformation the company had totaled the order to 8 necklaces. The final cost was $327.80. I tried to cancel the order but all links in the email were invalid. I also tried to call the company for hours the next day but received a recording that stated "Due to the amount of calls I would need to contact the company later in the week and the call was ended." I finally contacted the company on the day following the order and they said that the order had been shipped already and my credit card had been charged. The only option I had was to refuse the shipment when it arrived and they the company would reimburse the total amount for the order 3 to 5 days after the company received the returned shipment. I am very upset over this company’s abuse. I will never order another product from this company.

Credit card charges
My name is Jennifer Trainor,

Last night I ordered two payer cross with my credit card. The site shows a picture says 2 payements 19.99 but my comfirmation email says

1 ADULT PRAYER CROS 2 monthly payments of $ 29.95 $59.90 $7.95
1 ADULT PRAYER CROS 2 monthly payments of $ 29.95 $59.90 $7.95

My credit card bill says 142.50 payed on November 9th to GPM*MERCHANDISE DIRECT 8664308155 MA US

I also checked the box that said two seperate payments. I want to know why I was charged more than the advertised price and I want to know why I was charged all at once, will there be a second charge of the same amount, and will I be getting my money back?
