My best friend saw a commercial for the prayer cross approx. 1 week before Christmas. She called to order and inquired as to whether it could be delivered by Christmas. The commercial was advertising a BOGO offer. Customer service told her that they could send the necklace rush delivery and it would be here in 2-3 days but she would have to pay $10.00 xtra and she would only get 1 necklace. She really wanted it for me and agreed. The cost was to be $39.95 plus $10.00, so she gave her credit card info and anxiously awaited it's arrival. It is now March 30th, more than 3 months later, and the necklace still has not arrived !! Her credit card was charged the amount she was quoted on Dec. 20th. We have made numerous calls and have been given the run-around by everyone. When she recieved her bank statement for March she found that she was charged again . We have also found out that the company sold her info, INCLUDING HER CREDIT CARD NUMBER, to other companies !!! There have been many fraudulent charges to her card from companies we have never heard of. My friend is terminally ill and lives on a very meager disability check. I find this whole mess to be horribly offensive!! I do not understand how a company that sells a supposedly religious piece of jewelry can live with itself! I have only recently seen all the complaints about this product and I am amazed at how many there are ! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!
