Mr. Mark Coltfelter asked me to join his organization because my daughter recommended me. I spoke to him and told him what my goals were. At the time my laptop crashed and I had mentioned to him that I wanted to put a website up but my laptop had crashed. He told me that he coud fix it. So I sent it to him and in the meantime he would send me some info while he fixed my laptop and I could get started. I never received any info from Mr. Clotfelter.

To make a long story short, I sent the laptop with a cd from system mechanic, he called and told me that the laptop could not be fixed.

I went to visit my daughter for christmas and he told me that he could not find my cd but he would give me something in its place. That cd was old and wouldnot fix anything. He also gave me my laptop back unfixed.

I went back to back to where I live and when I got there, I decided that I was going to see if I could fix it. I was checking everything out and found out that my memory in my laptop was missing. I called him and told him, he said are you sure and I told him yes it is missing, he told me he would replace it. I then called someone to take a look at it and see if they could fix it for me. They put another program on it for me. So he lied and told me that my laptop could not be fixed when this guy fixed it for me in 2 hours.

I want the money back for the memory for my computer and I want my cd back that I paid $29 for and the money it took me to send the laptop to him. He obviously does not know how to fix computers.
