If you are looking for an Architect for your home addition or remodel...keep looking because Edward G Molter is not a good one AT ALL. He comes off as a nice guy in person, but once you have retained him by giving him a sum of money...everything changes.
He will rush you off the telephone and then send you incorrect designs with a complete disregard to the location of your plumbing or any structural concerns there might be with your home.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! We were lucky we realized how bad he was before we gave him too much of our money...we just want to make sure other people don't make the same mistake we did.
