Took my car in to the place to see about getting the reverse lights/rear lights fixed. I was told that my entire wiring harness was shit, and that I'd have to have it replaced immediately or risk a fire in my car. I left my car with the shop and it took nearly two weeks to get the car back, and over $200 worth of work was supposedly done.
HOWEVER.
When I went to remove a small piece in my dashboard that wasn't working correctly (but was completely unrelated to the electrical wiring and didn't mess with it at all), it caused my clock to go out, and has messed with my seatbelts in that they don't move to cover my chest correctly unless the car is turned on. My rear lights are going out again, and when I checked the wiring myself, there was dust on the tape, and the tape itself looks like it hasn't been touched in years!
When I grabbed the receipt I held on to just in case of things like this, one of the places they had me sign was a disclaimer, which I should have caught when signing the paper but it was effectively hidden. So I'm out $200 of my hard-earned money and driving a car with a shit job done to my electrical wiring.
AVOID PRECISION AT ALL COSTS.
