On Tuesday 8/24 I took my car to Precision because it wasnt running smoothly. They replaced the valve cover gasket that was leaking oil to the coil and damaged it, which would have resulted in my car not running normally; they replaced the coil as well and they installed a new plug, so I allowed them to go ahead and change the oil.

I drove my car home that afternoon and parked it for the night. Next day I was off so I didnt drive the car, then Thursday on my way to work the oil light turned on and off and continued to erratically switch on and off for a while. So I called Precision and spoke to Daniel and explained to him my problem; he said to bring it to him on Monday so he can check the oil light, so I did, in addition to the oil light the check engine light came on, he came outside and asked me if the light still comes on, I said yes, he checked the dip stick and said everything is fine and there is nothing he can do, he didnt even get a dry towel to wipe the dip stick before checking the oil, and if the car is running fine so the check engine light is not a big deal.

I Drove the car for few days and now in addition to the engine light that came on, and the oil light that never stopped flashing, the engine now is making big huge noise, and the car is not going more than 30 miles per hour, so I called Precision again and spoke to Daniel, and took the car to him on 9/8, they couldnt see the oil light on and they found the vehicle to be about 3 quarts over on oil, they claimed that they dont know where the overage came from, as if I would have over filled 3 quarts of oil in my car so I can mess up the engine and be without a car! so they redrained and filled the car with oil, engine noise is much better but not completely gone, and according to them the Turbo seems to be slow to spull, and they cleared all check engine codes, so after taking a receipt from them and as soon as I pulled out of the parking lot the oil light came on and this time it stayed on for the technician to see. They recommended that I keep the car overnight, so I did.

The next day 9/9 I picked up the car, they redrained and filled the oil again; they replaced the oil pressure switch to keep the oil light from coming on. Driving the car out I noticed that it is smoking so I called and Daniel said its normal, it is from the oil level being over full, and it will go away.

So I drove the car, and for the next few days the car was going weaker and weaker, the power was fading away, the smoke was getting thicker and thicker, and the car was making a sound, on Friday 9/17 I took the car to Ridgeway Service and they found out that the supercharger has burned up due to overfilling of oil by 3 quarts or more, and suggested to take it back to Precision.

Same day I called Precision and spoke to Chuck who said that he wasnt dealing with my car and suggested I call Monday and talk to Daniel, Monday I called and told Daniel what Ridgeway service said so he suggested to call the 800 number and see what they suggest, and I did, they said its a franchisee and they will forward my information to the supervisor and he will contact me, I waited 2 days then I called Daniel who said that he didnt receive anything from customer service, and suggested I call them back again, so I did and they said that they already forwarded all my suggestions to the owner and he will contact me, again I waited 2 more days and called Daniel who said that the matter is now in the hand of their insurance company and I was supposed to be contacted by them already.

Thursday 10/28/2010 the insurance company for Precision Auto went an adjustor who came and checked the car and turned in his remarks to the insurance company who called me 11/2/10 to let me know that there are no evidence that can prove that the turbo went bad because of the excessive oil. You are the judge to that, I have all the receipts to back up my claim and be more than happy to share it with you. Be aware and never take your car to Precision Auto of Broadway.
