Damage and rudeness
1) These guys showed up early, when I was not yet ready to move.
2) The supervisor demanded a 15% tip, which was quite hefty and excessive.
3) When the moving van arrived at my new home, I went inside it and saw that my items (furniture, etc.) had been literally thrown about with items from other folks whose stuff was in the same van. In fact, the movers kept trying to get me to take items that weren't mine, but were mixed in with my items.
4) Many of my items were damaged, some quite seriously.
5) The movers who delivered the items were incredibly rude.
6) When I attempted to use the insurance policy that they'd had me purchase, to get reimbursement for my damaged items, the moving company put up numerous obstacles, demanding, for example, that I take additional photos of the damage, even though the ones I'd sent them clearly showed the damage. Eventually, they wore me down, and I gave up.

Terrible everything
I have been scammed by Evergreen Van Lines of Hollywood, Florida. I hired them and they lost their DOT License and then they hired Precision Movers from New York. they were 9 days early in picking up my furniture, at Midnight, that was the first problem. The next problem came when they added money on the bill before they would even load my furniture on the truck. I am a single woman and they new this prior to pick-up day from the original movers. I had nothing to sleep on for over 21 days. After over 200 phone calls to both companies, my cell phone carrier called me and asked me if everything was alright, that I had called this same number over 200 times. I explained to them what I was going through with me moving. She felt so bad for me. I leave ohio and arrive in Lake Worth, Florida. Waiting and waiting days and days, call after call with these scum bags, lie after lie, and 9 days later, finally thy arrive at, what else, MIDNIGHT AGAIN. They again tacked on another $850.00 before they would release my furniture off the truck. I couldn't believe my eyes and I told them no way, they said then they were leaving with my furniture, I wanted my belongings, what was I to do? None the less they attempted to deliver my stuff, but instead, they DUMPED IT ON THE FLOOR. Every single thing was busted and broken, EVERYTHING and also, everything was WET. I asked them if they went through a car wash. I had TOTAL DEVASTATION, I couldn't believe what my stuff looked liked. Marble top tables... Busted... mink blankets... ALL WET & SMELLY FROM WATER... A$1, 000.00 Dining Room Wall Mirror, was shattered into a million pieces, shaking like a baby rattle in the box. Most of my paintings that were wrapped by only me, were missing and gone, I also have about $3, 000 in merchandise that was never given to me. They stole all my life savings from me while I was watching them destroy my belongings, they knew where I had my money, and they stoled it all from my kitchen cupboard, they knew I was by myself and I had no one to help me.
This whole thing was a scam, even their Insurance company are scammers, they both work together. I have had to file a claim, take pictures of everything they busted and not only that, I had to Move back to Ohio because of what they did to me with stealing all my money.
If they do not re-imburse me for all the damages they have done then, I will have my Atty. get the proper papers in order and not only that, We will sue both Moving Companies and their Insurance Co. And I will be asking for more money than the damaged cost, and it will surely be in the Millions once I am done with them.
They left me destitute, stole my money, I couldn't buy any food, couldn't pay my bills, couldn't put gas in my car, and certainly had nothing to sit on. They totally destroyed my LIFE. So if they don't want to fess up and pay what they owe, then I am ready for Court.
